| Upon
arrival at the airport you will be met and taken to Island
Breeze Villa and welcomed with a punch or rum
punch drink and a complimentary bottle of wine.
You have a choice of either 2 T-shirts with our logo on 2 continental
breakfasts which are also complimentary. If you are celebrating a special
occasion we will provide a complimentary cake. Your
cook will prepare your requested evening meal on the day of your arrival. You only need to indicate your
menu preference. A detailed grocery bill for dinner and breakfast
will be presented to you. |
| For the rest of your stay you may want to choose from
the menus provided, or shop for the food of your choice.
In shopping for food, you have the option of having the cook shop,
shop with the cook or shop on your own.
Of course, the area has a large choice of eating establishments
should you choose to eat out. |
| To assist the cook/housekeeper is the
butler. He
will mix your drinks and serve you poolside or wherever you choose to be
served. The butler
lives in his own quarters on the site and is there to tend to your needs. |
| The included Jamaican Government Consumption Tax (GCT) is a saving of 15%. |

| What are not included in the rental fee are the cost of your food,
airfare, tours, local transportation and gratuities. |

list is conveniently outlined in our “Welcome Booklet”. These tours

for your use are numerous games and a stereo CD/Cassette/Radio player complete
with CD’s and cassettes. Or
you may choose to bring your own choice of music.
Cable TV is provided and there is a 25” color TV in the TV
room with a VCR and DVD player. |

The main floor consists of a sunken “L” shaped Living/TV room overlooked by an 8-ft. bar for serving those rum punches, pina coladas and other umbrella drinks. |

the French doors in the Living room you can enjoy the view of the
Caribbean or ...
...walk out onto the pool deck and enjoy a quick refreshing
swim in the beautiful fiberglass finish pool. There is a charcoal B-B-Q grill available if you prefer any of your meals cooked on the grill. |

The
main living quarters of the Villa contains 3 private bedrooms each
with cable TV, private bath, a ceiling fan and air conditioner.
Two of the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the Caribbean.

There is a full-size kitchen and the dining room is only steps away. Also, there is a laundry room if you choose to take fewer clothes and have room to take back all those souvenirs. Your housekeeper will be happy to do any laundry for you. |
